Our family of four had a very comfortable stay. The location is great — walking distance to food, shops, the night market, etc. The staff was super friendly and helped us arrange tickets and transportation for a day trip to the local hot springs. Halfway through our stay, there was a plumbing issue and it was a bit of a hassle to have to move rooms, but the staff handled it very well and gave us free room upgrades. The building and its facilities are very noticeably a little dated, but the prices reflect that. Overall though, very good value.

A rather spacious family room with sofa

I like tht the location is near to the night market, the fruit street and is walking distance to the beach. its is also just a 2 mins walk to the coin laundry. As provided me with extra pillow as requested.

The family room plumbing works needs to be improved like the shower head and the sink tap to avoid water wastage.

As always, we had a pleasant stay in Taitung, and at our favorite hotel.

This is the third time we have stayed at Traveler Hotel. We requested and were given the same room we had the first two times. It's quiet, has a batht tub, and good wifi. The hotel is walking distance from the the center, where there are decent restaurants and a movie theater. There is also a 24 hour coffee shop nearby.

Like many Taitung hotels, they provide bicycles free for guests to use (the ocean bike path is nearby). However, the bicycles are in poor condition.

Godd value, and friendly, helpful staff.

The location is very convenient to downtown and the bus station. The room we were given for the first night had a bed that wasn't comfortable, but the staff gave us a much better bed for our second night. They also have free bicycles for use by the guests.

Our first night was uncomfortable, because the frame for the matress was too small. This caused the matress to sag on both sides.

Best Budget Choice with Bathtub

Super convenient location, located right in the center of the city. Everything you need from night market, seashore park, movie theater and transportation terminal are all within’ 10 minutes walking distance. Right a cross the street there’s a 24 hours self-service laundry. Recommended for short business trip and long stay exploration of Taitung. Spacious room, clean, friendly staff and hot water in abundant supply...bathtub also available if you prefer to have a relaxing bath time. I will definitely stay here if I come back to Taitung again!

Very center location to everything in town.Room is good for all,bathtubs is a surprise .

One staff always phoned me and asked me my motor number ,this situation wasn't good .They also don't take care of overnight baggage so I had to find somewhere to store mine before visiting Taitung county.
